The Hilton Liverpool City Centre has long been regarded as the city's premier hotel. With the Hilton entering their 10th year since opening, the property has seen an emergence of new Independent and Branded hotels in the city which were gradually diluting the corporate and leisure markets. It was the role of Ocular Media to realign the Hilton’s marketing campaigns and create new digital and print collateral to regain their position as the market leading hotel.
With the onset of the Global Pandemic; we were at the forefront of developing a marketing campaign to address the changes in business and travel. Through the creation of virtual show rounds and infographics, Hilton Liverpool City Centre was able to continue contracting business for future years despite the restrictions imposed on travel. Furthermore, as UK and global restrictions began easing it was our campaigns targeting Leisure travel in the local market that was the key success in bedroom bookings for the hotel. This was achieved through the creation of digital campaigns sitting alongside travel and celebrity influencers social media posts.
