Social Media Account Executive - Freelance (Competitive Rates)

​We are looking for a passionate and creative candidate to join our company to drive our client's social media presence. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of social media and core marketing concepts, in addition to designing creative campaigns for each of our clients, from different industries.

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Maintain, improve, develop and grow social media channels of our clients.

  • To produce reports and monitor the success of ongoing social media marketing campaigns and activity.

  • Ensure that social media channels are kept up to date with content, respond to queries where necessary and continue to develop the online community.

You must be experienced across organic and paid social. You will be creative, strategic, and analytical, and client-focused in your approach. Equally capable across B2B and consumer clients, you will thrive on a fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment, and help to successfully integrate Social Media as a key function of the agency’s multi-channel offering.


  • You should have a basic understanding in Adobe Photoshop, with willingness to learn and develop your skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to work as part of a team.

  • A willingness to learn new skills.

  • Experience dealing with customers.

  • Prior social media experience.

  • Good grasp of Hootsuite is an advantage

  • Prior experience using social media listening tools would be beneficial but not essential.

You will play a key role in the execution of social media briefs for some of the UK’s biggest brands, planning and delivering organic and paid social campaigns for clients in a range of industries.

You will also have a commercial mindset to spot opportunities and develop accounts.
